Enoxaparin injection is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) used to prevent and treat blood clots, such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). It's also used during surgeries and for patients with certain heart conditions to reduce the risk of clot formation.
